■ Registration Rates::

Early [Until December 15, 2019]	Lecture[only]: 1,100 USD / Lecture + Hands On: 1,400 USD
Regular [Until January 15, 2020]	Lecture[only]: 1,300 USD / Lecture + Hands On: 1,600 USD
On-site registration	Lecture[only]: 1,500 USD / Lecture + Hands On: 1,800 USD

■ The following cancellation conditions apply:

Cancellations received	Refund
Before December 15, 2019	Full refund of the registration fee less 30 USD handling fee
From December 16, 2019 to January 15, 2020	50% of the registration fee
From January 14, 2020	No refund

If a change or cancellation made by a participant in registration or accommodation results in a refund, KSIR reserves the right to charge a 30 USD handling fee.

Participant change
If you are prevented from attending, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague from your institution.
Such changes should be notified in writing to our conference secretariat. A handing fee of 30 USD will be charged for each participant change. No participant change will be possible after January 1, 2020.
